TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking and Appointment Policy
Nix Mobile Detail and Nix Detail and Tint provide mobile detailing services as well as in-shop detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and window tint services by appointment.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are not considered fully confirmed until approved by the business.
Service Locations
Mobile detailing services are performed at the customer’s provided location.
Window tint services are performed at our shop location only:

Ceramic coating and paint correction services may be recommended at the shop location for best results.
Deposits and Payments
Certain appointments may require a deposit to reserve the appointment time.
Deposits are applied toward the final invoice balance unless otherwise stated.
Remaining balances are due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate all clients fairly, the following cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation Window
Appointments may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time for a full deposit refund.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Shows
If a customer does not attend the appointment and fails to provide advance notice:

First no-show: 50% of the deposit may be refunded.

Second consecutive no-show: 25% of the deposit may be refunded.
“Consecutive” means two missed appointments in a row without a completed appointment in between.
Rescheduling
Customers requesting to reschedule should contact us at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested schedule changes.
Weather and Mobile Service Conditions
Mobile services may need to be rescheduled due to:

Rain

Severe weather
-
Unsafe working conditions

Limited workspace access

Insufficient lighting or utilities
If weather or conditions prevent safe or proper service completion, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled.
Vehicle Condition and Final Pricing
Final pricing may vary depending on:

Vehicle size

Vehicle condition
-
Excessive contamination
-
Pet hair
-
Biohazards
-
Excessive staining
-
Oversized vehicles
-
Additional requested services
Customers will be notified before additional charges are applied.
Tint and Specialty Service Disclaimer
Window tint shade availability, legality, and final installation recommendations may vary by vehicle and customer preference.
Some specialty services may require inspection or approval prior to scheduling.

By contacting us, submitting forms, booking appointments, or providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls and text messages from Nix Mobile Detail and Nix Detail and Tint, including:

Refund Process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care when servicing vehicles, Nix Mobile Detail and Nix Detail and Tint are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Mechanical failures

Previously repaired surfaces

Worn, faded, or deteriorated materials

Improper prior tint installations

Manufacturer defects
Customers are responsible for removing valuable personal belongings prior to service.
