Booking and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients, we have established the following policy.

Cancellation Window
You may cancel your appointment and request a full refund of your deposit up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us in advance, the following applies to your deposit:

First no-show: 50 percent refund.

Second consecutive no-show: 25 percent refund.
“Consecutive” means two no-shows in a row with no completed appointment in between. -

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be completed.
